We aim to make our products as great as they can be, and are always interested in hearing your feedback. We want you to be as thrilled with your purchase as we have been with the process and collaboration of making it. People often ask us about our return policy.

Orders received by 2 pm on business days will ship out the following day. Please give us 24 hours to respond. If you suspect any orders are lost or missing, contact sunnydayrecords@gmail.com and we'll get those sorted out for you asap.

Yes, of course. You can select pickup as an option. We love our fellow Bacolod residents — especially the members of Sunny Day Record Club.

You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information as soon as your order has gone out.

We cannot guarantee to always have a perfect copy of vinyl. If you received a heavily warped and unplayable vinyl, please message us right away. We will advise the best course of action for you. Include your order number and the name of the record for verification.

While we always strive to provide you with the best possible customer experience, we do not process refunds for issues such as corner dings, minor skips, seam splits, and surface noise.

All sales are final, though if you feel there’s a reason for an exception, please contact us within 24 hours of making your order and we will work with you if we can. Please note: if your order is already in fulfillment or has already shipped, we will not be able to cancel.
