Items may only be returned or exchanged if proven to be factory defects or misshipped. In such cases, please email your report and documentation to shop@sunnyday-records.com and we’ll address your concern as soon as possible. You may also contact us via Instagram @sunnydayrecords.
NO VIDEO, NO REFUND/NO REPLACEMENT POLICY.Sunny Day Records will gladly accept returns on any defective item in its original condition within 3 days of the purchase date for a full refund.
Take a video of your unboxing of your package from its original packaging including the courier pouch. If order is incased incomplete, must present us the video of your unboxing. If non is sent to us within the day of the compliance, there will be no refund or replacement of the incomplete item. Please note that the in-transit damaged item, is not under our liable and neither the courier unless loss.
